Card Readers...

I recently decided that my laptop was getting a bit old and it was time to upgrade, so I built a decent budget desktop. my problem is now I don't have a card reader, and trying to import 4 gigs of pictures over the wireless network from my printer with a card reader to my computer is slow and aggravating.  So if anyone has any suggestions for a card reader it would be appreciated, Preferably an internal reader, but I only have 5.25 inch bays so I would probably need a converter also.

    depending on how many fans you have in your system you could opt for a fan controller card reader hybrid. other wise just but a portable usb multi card reader. most internal ones seem to be generic anyway.

    did your laptop not have an ethernet cable? you can set up a direct connection and transfer 1gbps... ;)

    To answer your question: a USB card read will be less of a hassle than an internal one. To solve your problem: use ethernet, duh.

    Yeah man that's horrible, I understand what you feel. I wish you good luck for everything. Maybe you should buy a usb card reader, I think there are pretty cheap ones!
